    • Citizens of Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Pakistan, China, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam.

    • Holders of Hong Kong permanent identity cards.

    • Applicants must not be New Zealand citizens or hold New Zealand residence class visas.

  • Academic Requirements:

    • Full-time enrolment in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an undergraduate program.
