The Information Controls Fellowship Program (ICFP), supported by the Open Technology Fund (OTF), is now accepting applications for 2025. This prestigious fellowship invites researchers, students, and professionals worldwide to tackle internet censorship and surveillance challenges, ensuring global access to free and secure online information.

Fellows will collaborate on cutting-edge research, develop innovative tools, and contribute to efforts that promote internet freedom. The program offers a flexible structure, allowing participants to work full-time with an academic or non-academic host organization, either remotely or in-person.

Fellowship Benefits

• Monthly stipend of $7,000

• Travel stipend ($1,250–$5,000) and equipment stipend ($1,250–$5,000)
