Candidates must be admitted to a participating program and must be shortlisted as eligible JJ/WBGSP applicants by the university before they can apply. Interested candidates should reach out to the respective universities to confirm eligibility.
Upon completing their studies, scholarship recipients are expected to return to their home countries and utilize their newly acquired skills to contribute to national development efforts.
Selection Process
The selection process for the JJ/WBGSP is highly competitive. Each application is reviewed by two qualified assessors who score the application based on the following factors:
Quality of Professional Experience (30% weight)
Quality of Professional Recommendations (30% weight)
Commitment to Home Country (30% weight)
Educational Background (10% weight)
