Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

Academic & Programme Requirements

• The scholarship is available for students enrolling in undergraduate, taught master’s degrees, and postgraduate diplomas.

• Students applying for research-based master’s programmes are not eligible.

• The scholarship is exclusively for on-campus students; those opting for distance learning are not eligible.

• Undergraduate students from University of Auckland Foundation Providers (UP Education and Taylors College) and New Zealand secondary-school leavers are not eligible.

• The scholarship cannot be deferred; if a student defers their studies, they must submit a new application.

• Applicants must be new international students enrolling in a master’s (taught) programme of 120 points or more or an undergraduate degree with overseas secondary or post-secondary qualifications.
